Sölvesborgsviken Nature Reserve

The nature reserve consists mostly of a brackish water bay with surrounding beaches. The inner part of the bay is shallow and reedy. Within the reed belt are grazed coastal meadows, dry meadows and forest groves. A few smaller islands are also included.

Sölvesborgsviken Nature Reserve makes up the majority of Sölvesborgsviken (mostly water) and is an old nature reserve. The area is located directly adjacent to the city of Sölvesborg and is easily accessible via the Sölvesborgsbron and the cycle paths around the bay.
