Siesjö's wetland trail leads you on footbridges into the reeds. From the birdwatching tower you have a nice view of the birdlife and the lake, which is embedded in a mosaic landscape of riparian forests, deciduous forests and open pastures.
Beskrivning
The area has very high natural values. More than 180 bird species have been observed at the lake, of which about 80 can be counted as breeding species. Large numbers of migratory birds rest on and by the lake.The topography varies from low-lying forested marshlands next to the lake, via both moist and dry pastures on the slope. There are also moraine hills with deciduous forests. The highest point, about 38 meters above sea level, is on a hill in the eastern part.
