"Blekinge Slöjds Hantverksbod" is well known even outside Blekinge's borders. The traditions, craftsmanship and skill have been passed down for generations. A group of craftsmen have come together and formed the association Blekingeslöjd to stimulate each other and help each other reach out more easily with their craft.
The artisans exhibit and sell their high-quality creations in a beautifully restored warehouse dating from the early 1800s. Here you can find straw work, wood in various techniques, patchwork, fillet and needlepoint, picture weaving, ceramics, brass work, white embroidery, porcelain painting, dolls, silk batik, leather work, hardanger and fist stitch, woven work, fists, knitting, crochet, felting, sailor work, etc.
