Gourmet Paddling, 3 days

Paddle in the lush archipelago of Blekinge that is Sweden's most southern one, ARK 56, that has been nominated by UNESCO as one of Sweden's five biosphere reserves. It has a large number of isles and inlets and is excellent for a terrific natural experience. Combine the paddling with exclusive accommodation, relax and first class food in the largest safari park in Scandinavia.

Upon arrival, instructors show simple techniques for entering and exiting the kayak, paddling technique and theoretical rescuing technique.

The kayak rent includes life jacket, spraydeck, paddle, drybag 20L, and map.

About two hours of paddling from Järnavik you find Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve where you will be based. Staff from Eriksberg pick you up and take you back to Bruksviken where you leave your kayaks. During the tour to the farm, you have the possibility to see wild red deer, fallow deer, Père David's deer, wild bore, European bison and mouflon wandering freely in the park. Here you also find one of the world's largest populations of the red water lily as well as a rich bird life.

At the farm are buildings from five centuries that contain a hotel, a restaurant and exhibitions. You stay at Safarivillan or Mahravillan at Eriksberg's hotel that holds an exceptionally high level in the White Guide's new hotel guide. You also have access to the relaxation area with sauna and outdoor pool and a beautiful view of the Savannah where the wild animals are normally visible.

Dinner is served at the restaurant "Visenten" that has been elected the best one in Blekinge by the White Guide during several years. The game meat from the own farm has a central role in the menus, as well as fish fished outside Eriksberg. Day 1 you will be served a 3-course Best of Eriksberg and for day 2 the chef has chosen a main course. The lunch is brought as a package and can be enjoyed on a rock in the archipelago.
