THE ICE CREAM BOAT
In Sölvesborg's inner harbour, the Glass- och Sillabåten is located along the quay. During the summer, delicious ice cream in all its forms is served here. Scoop ice cream, sorbet or soft ice cream with sprinkles and topping, you choose! Enjoy the ice cream and the lovely view on the outdoor terrace, or why not on board!

HANÖ
Take an excursion to the popular excursion destination of Hanö. Take the ferry from Nogersund and visit the fabled island that thrives on nature experiences. Hanö is a nature reserve and here there are many attractions, including the lighthouse, the dragon mark, the English cemetery and the bean bag. There is also a museum, the Bödeboden, which is open during the summer with a nice exhibition about the island's nature, history, fishing and culture. If you get hungry, Restaurant Briggen is always close at hand, right by the harbor wharf with a lovely view of the sea.

RYSSBERGET
Have you seen the movie about the Brothers Lionheart? It could have been shot on the slopes of Ryssberget. In the beautiful nature reserve you will find nice fishing waters in the Grundsjön with planted rainbow salmon, several lovely hiking trails and cute little crofts and farms. Ryssberget is the home of many animals and insects and therefore full of life. Bring the coffee basket or use the barbecue areas that are available and enjoy the beautiful nature.

SÖLVESBORG BRIDGE
With its 756 meters, the Sölvesborg Bridge is a landmark for Sölvesborg but also Europe's longest pedestrian and cycling route, that alone is worth a visit! Sit down and enjoy the view or go over to Kaninholmen where the bridge stops and see the city from afar, don't forget the coffee basket. The bridge connects Sölvesborg's city center and the new district Ljungaviken together, which contributed to significant proximity. The choice to take the bike or walk to get to work, entertainment or the beach now feels more natural than ever, and you can also take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views along the way.

THE SKATE
Right in the center of Sölvesborg is the skateboard park Skejtan. The facility is a full 650 square meters and offers different degrees of difficulty of skiing. Bring your skateboard, kick-bike or your inline skates and explore all edges, rails, corners and stairs. The park suits everyone, beginners as well as seasoned skiers. Good to know: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, skateboarding is only allowed between 18:00 and 22:00. If you don't have your own skateboard, it's fine to borrow one from Sölvesborg Mjällby Sparbank, which is right next door.

HÄLLEVIKSBADET
Enjoy the day at the outdoor swimming pool in Hällevik. At Hälleviksbadet there are three heated outdoor pools, a 59 meter long slide, green areas, playground and beach volleyball. The proximity to the sea, restaurant and activities means that no one goes idle.

VICTORIABADET
Visit the swimming pool in Valjeviken, every Friday the pool is opened to the public. Victoriabadet is a large and airy swimming hall with a 25 meter long pool, a hot water pool and a splash pool. Saunas are also available in the individual changing rooms. Coffee can be bought in the bath's cafeteria.

RIDDARPARKEN
The favorite place for all children is of course Riddarparken. Close to the city centre, the harbor and the station is the playground which has everything from a climbing frame, slide, swings and sandbox to lovely green areas. Bring the coffee basket and enjoy playing and mischief.
