We visit Johanna Beijer & Fredrik Gran in their farm shop, Möllekulla Länsmansgård. The first impression gives a lovely, rural feel. We step into the store among the well-stocked and well-organized shelves. Sustainable and ecological thinking is pervasive here. Möllekulla Länsmansgård is Sölvesborg's only KRAV-certified farm shop and grows everything from scratch at home on its own farm.

Here are ingredients that are good for both body and soul. The season's primes fill the store shelves together with Ayurvedic products in the form of spices and dry goods such as flour and beans. Furnishing details and garden tools adorn the shop with lovely colors along the walls and shelves. Johanna also designs her own fabric bags which are produced in many different colours, of course in 100% organic material.
Two days a week, the store is open for visitors who want to be inspired by the delights on the store's shelves and at the same time take part in sustainable and organic alternatives to fill the pantry with at home. In addition to the farm shop, both hay and straw are harvested for sale. Forests are also felled and sold as firewood.
The animals that live at Möllekulla are very important to the farm's cycle. The horses contribute manure that is spread over arable land and garden land. Worms and insects that live in the soil give plants and seeds nutritious conditions to grow large.
The firsts of the season are always on the store shelves.
At Möllekulla Länsmansgård there are future plans and visions. Hopefully in the future there will be an associated café, inspirational courses in yoga and production of self-made beer.
