Utklippan - Sweden’s most south-easterly group of islands

Utklippan is Sweden’s most south-easterly group of islands and is made up of two low-lying skerries – Norraskär and Södraskär.

Beskrivning

Between the two small islands lies a sheltered guest harbour. The southern skerry is the location of the former lighthousekeeper’s station. The fortification with the beacon is now a historic building, and from the tower you have a fantastic view of the seal colony, the infinite vistas and the barren landscape.

Transportation: The boat trip here takes roughly 1 hour from Karlskrona, see timetable at blekingetrafiken.se

Note! The hostel and restaurant is closed 2021.
