Beskrivning
Laxaleden is a 30-kilometer-long hiking trail that follows the roaring waters of the Mörrum River through the beautiful Blekinge nature, from farmland to forest.It runs between the old town of Elleholm in the south and Hovmansbygd in the north. At Åkeholm it connects to the hiking trail Blekingeleden.
Along the trail there are information boards that provide information about the history and culture that has shaped life along this fish-rich and powerful watercourse over time. In total, there are 100 information texts on the trail at varying distances.
Mörrums Kronolaxfiske is a good starting point for the trail, where you can get maps, tips and suggestions along the way.
