JA Hotel's newly renovated meeting rooms Charlie and Lucy are more than just conference rooms. They are environments where ideas can take place and where both the practical and the personal can coexist. The rooms are directly connected to the buffet area, toilets and of course there is fast Wi-Fi - without complicated passwords.Are you coming by car?
Park easily in the garage right by the entrance. When you enter, the conference rooms are ready - no long corridors or complicated signs.
The meeting rooms:
Lucy - up to 30 people
A charming 45 m² room where every session feels well thought out. Comfortable chairs, sound-absorbing carpet and a generous 85" TV with speaker system create a wonderful working environment. There's also a flipchart, whiteboard, paper and pens - and, of course, water and fruit to re-energize.

- Sitting: 14 people
- U-table: 18 people
- School seating: 22 people
- Cinema seating: 30 people
Charlie - up to 80 people
The hotel's largest room at 80 m² with plenty of space for big ideas. It has a data projector with a large screen, a speaker system and everything you need for a smooth day. As in Lucy, fruit, water and all stationery are included.

- School seating: 40 people
- Cinema seating: 80 people
