Visit Blekinge likes to post photos taken by real people doing real experiences.
Therefore Visit Blekinge wants to post pictures taken by real people doing real experiences. Consequently, we may request to share images posted by you on Instagram to show on our own Instagram account, but also in some of our other channels connected to our Instagram account. Such circuits are mainly our website visitblekinge.se but could also include additional channels, like newsletters, presentations and prints.

By responding #yesvisitblekinge on a picture after Visit Blekinge sent a request on Instagram, hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:
You provide VisitBlekinge AB (svb), Blekinge County's official marketing company under registration number 556975-8344, VisitBlekinge AB (svb), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your pictures on their social media channels, including among other things the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos. Furthermore, you give Visit Blekinge your consent to use photos where you can identify for destination marketing purposes, according to Sw: Lag om namn och bild i reklam (1978:800).
You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person and persons appearing in the photos following GDPR.
Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation). You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Visit Blekinge's use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.
As a result of this, you release Visit Blekinge from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures, freeing and agreeing to keep Visit Blekinge and all persons acting for Visit Blekinge from all claims. Including claims from the third party. Liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
Swedish law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts in Stockholm shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
