Give yourself a good start of the day with exercises in mindfulness by the sea. Find your inner calm by means of your breathing, your body and your senses.

Tuesdays 2/7, 9/7, 16/7, 23/7
Thursdays 4/7, 11/7, 18/7, 25/7
Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
In case of rain, the event will be cancelled.

Price: 50 SEK, cash or swish.
