At Björketorp's farm just outside Ronneby, the animals are in some way as happy as the farmer himself. It appears that Per became a farmer of conviction and not because he had to take over the farm. Apart from organic milk production, Per also sells milk in a milk machine where customers can buy milk in a bottle - just like in the past. Besides, he makes ice cream with incredible flavors of the farm's milk, organic cream, egg yolk, honey from Johannishus and sugar from Swedish sugar farmers.

The ice cream is entirely organic apart from sugar grow conventionally.
So far, there is no Swedish organic sugar production, and I prefer to use Swedish raw materials before imported cane sugar from other parts of the world, "says Per Brunberg, which spoils customers with flavors of "polkagris", vanilla with basil and lime, Daim, coconut, red and black currants and jägermeister besides classic vanilla, raspberry, chocolate and banana. For God's sake do not miss the passion fruit glass or salt licorice to mention a few.

Just a few hundred meters from Mørrumsån's roaring water, right across the kiosk in the middle of the village, is Henrik Arvidsson Blekinge coffee roasting. A successful coffee starry that started as a hobby and now has become a full-time brewery. Well, it goes well. Henrik has won SM gold and won the World Cup four in a coffee break. Apart from buying coffee - malt or everywhere - you can also have a snack and snack coffee and roasting with one of the country's greatest expertise.

In the centre of Karlshamn, in the real estate belonging to the prosperous soybean factory, now AAK Sweden AB, Dan-Magnus Svensson, and Magnus Karlsson run a fantastic microbrewery. Three favourites are Smuggler Harbor's Pilsner, a Czech pilsner with a significant amount of noble Saaz, which gives a soft broom that lasts for a while in the cleft palate.

Two other favourites are Passion IPA, an American India Pale Ale and International Haze, New England IPA, which will be on the market in June 2018, which is a trendy and cloudy beer (though it should be) which, in addition to vast amounts of hops, also contains fruit puree and lactose. New for this year is that Brygghus 19 arranges open beer tests for the public during specific dates.

Andreas Eriksen is the second-generation smoker at Little Sturkö Rökeri, a craft-based smoke works - in the middle of the archipelago (on Sturkö) - which smokes fish in the alder just like in the past. Thanks to low temperatures (fish smoke at about 70 ° C), the fish's juiciness preserves, which produces fantastic flavours while maintaining sustainability significantly. In the Vineyard Stora Boråkra, just outside Karlskrona, the winemaker, Staffan Ottosson, grows grapes on an average of 1.5 hectares, or only over 15,000 square meters. In round beat 3000 vines. It does not sound very much to be a vineyard, but the truth is that Vingården Stora Boråkra is one of the most extensive vineyards in the country. Also, an excellent way. Visiting Jill and Peter Widebrant on the beautiful farm Askunga just north of Karlskrona is like stepping into the village from the fairytale "Bullerbyn" by Sweden's famous writer Astrid Lindgren. Apart from a modern farmhouse (famous for its good tastes), Jill and Peter have their dovviltshägn. Just outside the cage, there are some red cabbage, a bunch of chickens and further on the barnyard bake a bunch of pigs in the mud. Do not miss the farm shop selling unusual raw materials from farm animals processed in all sorts of varieties. There is also meat from other manufacturers in the immediate area. New for this year is selling reindeer meat from northern Sweden.
