On the lower level there is a livingroom with double bed), two armchairs and a small table, TV and video.

Sleeping loft: 105 cm bed + 90 cm bed.

Tourist bed and mattress to place in the house.

Open plan kitchen: dining area, fridge, freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fan, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

Bathroom: WC and shower, washing machine. Opportunity to hang laundry outdoors.

Shared courtyard with the owner, but own area. Stone set patio and small grass plot with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house is fit for winter living.

Distance: sea 400 m, beach 3 km, pools 15 km, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, golf course 2 km walk

Pets are not allowed. Smoking not permitted indoors.
