If you are looking for a cozy and charming house with a nice location and walking distance to Mörrumsån, Villa Lycka is the house that suits your holiday.Modern and well-equipped villa with large living room with TV and DVD, 3 separate bedrooms, kitchen, 2 toilets (one on each floor) and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils etc.
Washing machine available.
A total of 80 sqm on 2 floors with 7 beds.
Privacy garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Several parking spaces on the plot.
Villa Lycka is rented weekly or at a daily price (minimum 2 nights).
Price from 800 SEK / day or from 4000 SEK / week (depending on which weeks and number of person).
When booking, a set of bed linen and towels per person is included.
Extra bed linen / towels can be arranged for a fee.
Final cleaning is always added with 500 SEK per rental occasion.
No smoking indoors or pets.
