Welcome to an atmospheric Christmas at Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve, where carefully selected ingredients from their own land meet solid craftsmanship and care. Invite your colleagues, family or friends to a Christmas filled with flavors at Eriksberg.Enjoy a classic Christmas buffet with a focus on game – carefully prepared with ingredients from our own game-rich lands and carefully selected local producers. Taste, quality and tradition are at the heart of this year's Christmas buffet, served in an atmospheric setting in our beautiful premises here at Eriksberg.
Eriksberg has been working with locally produced game meat for over 80 years. They are proud to have game as the focus and several of the delicacies on the Christmas buffet come from Eriksberg's game park or the surrounding area. Of course, they also have a well-stocked herring and fish table as well as a dessert table.
The Christmas buffet will be served in their beautiful and atmospheric premises, and the premiere is on November 20.
