Obstacle course

Beskrivning

The exercise trail at Lingonbacken, in the area of Prästslätten, is extended with an OCR-course, an obstacle race course. The appreciated leisure area is sutible for those who are active in training, as well as the recreational exerciser.

Along the 1,4 kilometer trail is 11 obstacles i varying degrees of difficulty. How you get through the obstacles is up to you and for those who don't want to use the obstacles can still use the trail for jogging, walking or running.
At every obstacle there is information on how to use the objects. The trial is surfaced with wood chips.

Adjecent to the excercise track and the obstacles is also bicycle trails for mountainbikes. The bike trails is produced by the bicycle club, Wheels of Carlshamn, in collaboration with Karlshamns kommun. The bike trails are avalible in three distances (0,9 kilometers, 3,8 kilometers and 6,6 kilometers) and they're color marked.
