It will be practiced breathing control techniques and deep yoga relaxation techniques, which participants can then train at home on their own, to counteract stress, and to learn stress management and to relax in depth.


During relaxing and stress-relieving yoga classes, the participants will train their ability for deep relaxation, for body, soul and mind.

Yoga training eliminates stress, mental strain, depression and neurosis; cures many physical injuries; increases the agility and mobility; enhances memory and mental power, balances all our structures; increases concentration; stimulates the immune system; induces a deep state of calm and inner peace.
